Group Details

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, our Group Fitness Sessions are an affordable way for you to experience quality, educational and motivational Fitness Sessions. Our Group Fitness Sessions combine strength and cardio training with a mix of individual exercises and teamwork. The friendly group dynamic we create gives you the opportunity to make friends and engage in a little dose of healthy competition!

Our Group Fitness Sessions are delivered throughout London. They can be delivered in your local park or in your community.

We currently have Group Fitness Sessions every Saturday and Sunday in Acton Park at 10 am11.30 am and West Park at 1 pm2:30 pm.

New additional locations and dates are coming soon.

Spaces are limited, so make sure you book now by selecting your above Group Fitness Session package.

We understand that not everyone is available to attend our set Group Fitness session times or location. To ensure we are flexible, we provide Group Fitness Sessions at a more convenient time for you to ensure your work or family commitments are not disrupted and you can maintain your fitness motivation.

We deliver early morning and late evening Group Fitness sessions i.e. Monday – Friday from 07:00 am – 12 pm and 5 pm – 8pm.

Please indicate your preferred group training slot date, time and/ or ‘other location’* on our calendar booking system and we will be more than happy to accommodate your booking, if that date and timeslot are available.

Special Events

In addition to our current regular Group Fitness Sessions, we also provide sessions for birthdays, businesses, stag and hen-dos. If you would like to book a Group Fitness Session for a special occasion or you would like to enquire about booking a regular Session in your local area, Contact Us now.
